Photo Shoot and Final Preparations - Third Visit

Presentation of Offers - Fourth Visit 

If you’ve received offers, your agent will review them with you in person, breaking them down into understandable terms. They’ll then help you decide on the best course of action, whether it’s accepting an offer as-is, negotiating for better terms, or rejecting the offer altogether.

Ashley helped my family and I find and secure the winning bid for our new family home. She was very patient with us while searching for a house in a specific location. Once she presented us with a house we all fell in love with, her knowledge about the home buying process won us our new home. My fiancé and I happened to find Ashley by chance through Zillow when we were interested in seeing a house and did not have a realtor to show it to us. We are so glad to have found Ashley as she was AMAZING throughout the entire home buying process. We were first time homebuyers and asked a lot of questions, but Ashley was patient and informative. The market was fast-paced and interested buyers had to be aggressive, so there were multiple times I contacted her to view a house as soon as possible. Ashley would switch around plans to make herself available to show us a house within 24-48 hours. She ultimately helped us find our perfect first home and we are forever grateful to her for that. At closing, she gave us a handmade gift that made the experience that much more meaningful. We worked with Ashley for nearly a year to locate the property that met our goals- she was extremely flexible and responsive to MULTIPLE short notice property showing requests; she flagged properties for us to consider and revised our search parameters multiple times as we honed in &/or changed our minds on target geographic areas and property attributes; the final purchase and sale agreement details for our current property required a number of last minute negotiations and she not only brought her expertise, she knew when to seek additional guidance from her broker for a complicated scenario. We have bought/sold nine properties over the years, and Ashley was the best agent we've ever worked with.
