By this phase, you’ve toured home and have narrowed down the list of contenders. Armed with our industry knowledge, we’ll put together a competitive offer for the property of your choice.

Pending to settlement

Initial Property Tour - First Visit
The agent you’ve been communicating with will take a tour of your home and advise how to get it ready for listing.

Comparative Market Analysis - Second Visit
Your agent returns to your home with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to figure out at what price your home should be listed.

Photo Shoot and Final Preparations - Third Visit
This is the last visit before your home officially goes on the market. We’ll stage and take photographs, install the lockbox, and put up the for sale sign!

Presentation of Offers - Fourth Visit
If you’ve received offers, your agent will review them with you in person, breaking them down into understandable terms. They’ll then help you decide on the best course of action, whether it’s accepting an offer as-is, negotiating for better terms, or rejecting the offer altogether.
